You can update your personal information that is in our database sending to us that new information through our space Access to Customers you should make the login using the e-mail and the booking code.
After your stay and services you can ask the removal of your data from our system acceding to our space Access to Customers and make the request.
In any case, you will receive an e-mail in the registered account in our e-mail system that has to validate to confirm the request veracity.

Credit card Data

The information that you give about you card is used exclusively to guarantee the booking in the serviceable entities the card can be debited or no dependent from the reserved services and the conditions of each supplier. In any of the cases the client will be informed of that.
The informations about your data and the credit card data are sent to Clube Travel servers through the high security system and totally codified. Our SSL certificate was issued by Comodo Security Services and can be verified whenever you access to our booking space pressing in the security symbol (padlock) that is in the navigator. The Clube Travel is a ClubeNet service,company detainer of the Clube Travel rights and the certificates and security systems that were issued to the ClubeNet and the access is made by https://secure.clubenet.com/clubetravel/.
Our servers are a ClubeNet property and are protected by the different security system (firewall) and the access to our database is possible in the internal network. With all the security and attention we give in case of the system violation and we assumme the responsability for repayment of 50 euros or equivalent in their coin being the emitting entity of the credit card compels to assume the rest.
Your data as well as your credit card data will be removed from our systems 24 hours after the arrival date to the hotel or the date of the acquired services.

When the Clube Travel send the e-mails

The Clube Travel only sends e-mails related with your booking and services. Will not be send an e-mail that not be of extreme importance to your request.
Some purveyors can identify the e-mail as spam what they normally do with all the e-mails sent automatically by the systems and draw your attention to verify there are not e-mails in the Junk E-Mail folder, in that case you should validate the e-mails as not be junk e-mail under the risk of not receive the e-mails related with your booking.

Clube Travel do not have any kind of personal information related to who uses our site except for the access accounting we have data such as origin, language, and the way that you knew our site, we don't install any type of system in your computer not even cookies, all the collected information is only given by you when you fill in any formulary of our system.
