Albufereta is a neighborhood in the city of Alicante (Spain).
This coastal neighborhood is covered by the beach of Albufereta, with a length of about 500 meters. To the east, and very close to this beach, is the beach of Almadraba.
In the district of Albufereta, on a 37-meter-high hill, it is the archaeological site of Tosal de Manises, former Iberian settlement and later Roman, being the site of the old Lucentum.
